After the success of 2009’s summer hit Charleston Sound Presents: I Got Music, we knew we would be back for a second installment. This year’s compilation features 13 local independent artists, including longtime Charleston favorites Sol Driven Train, up-and-coming acts like Dan Wright & The New Beat, singer-songwriters like Megan Jean and the KFB and many more. Recorded and/or mixed here at the studio, the CD captures the sounds of summer in Charleston, and proceeds from the sale of the CD will benefit Charleston Animal Society.  Look for Charleston Sound Presents: I Got Music Volume 2 on sale throughout the Lowcountry on August 3 and be sure to join us on Saturday night, August 7 at the Pour House for the launch concert.
