Charleston Sound Unveils Compilation
After months of hard work in the studio, it’s finally here: Charleston Sound Presents: I Got Music hits stores all over the Lowcountry on August 18. A groundbreaking compilation of emerging local talent, the CD features songs from The Plainfield Project, Dangermuffin, Gaslight Street, Part-Time Heroes and many more. Each song was recorded and mixed at the studio, a process that created a technically-superior release tailor-made for fans of Lowcountry music.
Look for the CD online, at Charleston-area independent retailers, Barnes & Noble Booksellers and your neighborhood Piggly Wiggly. Proceeds from CD sales will both support the bands and Lowcountry Local First, an advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening the local economy. And don’t miss the live events planned to support the release !
